You don't need to rename the table in the XML.

Keep in mind that XML is like a window for seeing the ROM settings. It contains adresses for data and scaling to make this data readable.
It doesn't contain any data (It can but V7 doesn't)

In other words, you can give a table any name and the ECU won't see that. The only thing that matter is the adress that the table point in the ROM. And only the data (.bin or .rom) is flashed to the ECU.
Thanks I only did step 1 and it worked perfectly

After a week or so I notice some odd cold idle symptoms.
When starting the car in the morning cold, the RPMs will go up to 1500 then after 30 seconds or so, dip down to 800 then jump back up to the normal cold high idle then slowly drop as normal. It did not do this before I tweaked the table, I wonder if I change all the CTS adder tables to match the one we changed, if that would cure the issue.

Today I was able to resolve my high idle problem but adjusting the ISCV Demand CTS Adder #1** settings within the ISCV break down MrFred posted a while ago. e85 is REALLY horrible on gas so when it revs to 1500-1700 for 5 mins it sucks GAS. I have mine set to 1200rpms - 977rpms when warm. Worked like a charm. I will post back tomorrow morning when the car is complete cold.

How fast does it dip down to 800?
Did you only change "AC off" table? If so ,when the AC compressor kicks in the table isn't used anymore (remember even with AC off at defrost position the AC is on) When the ECU switch to the "AC on" table you'd have fluctuations.

It does seem to fluctuate more with the ac on/defrost and a pretty quick rpm drop then back up. But even when I do not have the ac on or defrost, the cold idle will fluctuate slowly from 1100-1400 a few times before settling.
I am going to go ahead and change all the ISCV tables to match and see what it does.

Stock settings should be much better than that.

Mine does this as well. We thought it was a vacuum leak, but a pressure test of 20psi+ showed none. Also I have to crack the tb open a bit when I start the car while cold. Otherwise, it will start like normal then immediately die. It will then crank for a few seconds without starting. Opening the tb gets it to start right up.
Jay is working on some ideas and using my car add a test mule. Hopefully he can find a fix.

You never posted back if it helped it on cold starts.

did you ever figure out this? Tom tuned my car and I have to hold the throttle open for the car to start and stay running or it dies!!

i adjusted my BISS per Jay @ BoostedTuning's advice. it was a bit of a learning curve as all the instructions i've found on how to do it were leaving out a bit of key info. this seems to have helped. i no longer need to hold the gas pedal down a bit to start the car.

Found a solution.

Hi. I'm currently using 96532706-TephraMod-l2r99gst-dma ROM.
So, after starting using it, my revs at cold start was around 2200-2500 rpm. It's very annoying, especially at night (my timing belt idler/tesioner bearings whining, idk why).

Now I've found solution for it. At cold (near 5°C) revs is not bigger than 1400-1500 rpm.

Main fix is IATS Adder. If you need, I can give you my ROM or video how it works now.

Reviving this thread, I've tried all of the above with no luck idle is high when cold 2-2.2k using tephra 7 ROM.
