have ECU flash need ECUscan is it still free???

Hey I had ecu scan a few years ago snd when I downloaded it then, it was free. Now that I have got a new computer and a new IX I new to download it again. The only doanload that I have found from all the searching ends up being $25. really just want to see if I can get get it for free before I pay for it. thanks in advance for all the help

I dont, I have just been dumping stupid amounts of money into my car the last couple weeks and since It was free last time I downloaded it, just wanted to make sure I wasnt missing something, I have no problem paying for it, just dont care to spend money that I dont have to.
