Want to ditch xede....

I no longer use all the functionality of the Xede and I would really like to just get my pump gas tune on the stock ecu.

Is there someone (vendor or individual) that could help? I have my stock rom downloaded and the xede maps. I just need to transfer the tune over.

I could do it myself but that is a big risk...

Got any tips on good search terms? I tried quite a few.

Plenty of vendors here that could probably help you... Tom from VRSF (tscompusa) would be my personnal recommendation, he did a fine job with my car when he worked on it.

search terms? you are just looking for a tuner... go to the vendor section... swirl your cursor around the screne... whomevers thread you stop on... done... you found your tuner... if you want a complete retune instead of conversion from xede to ecu then i would go with English racing for a email tune or your nearest evo performance/tuner shop... the xede is outdated so most people wont even post that they can still tune it... however what you are doing is such a basic operation that you can do it yourself... i know because i did do it myself...

all you need to do is unhook the xede so its no longer piggy backing from the stock ecu or whatever it does then you can purchase a tune from someone and get the car tuned started off with a base map from the tuner then dialing it in for your mods & fuel and then you'll be good to go.

easy process.. no point in trying to pull the tune out of that xede when a tuner can start scratch and give better results.
