Go to the table. Then File > Map Definitions. Click "Scalings". Scroll down to the temp that you want to edit. Edit the formula. And change the axis units to "Celsius" if you want.
Best way to do it is to compare the equations used from another rom. I say that instead of giving you a straight equation because I looked at it myself right now and there are different constants added depending on the section. So its best if you compare them yourself and take whichever one you want.
