Help, Hot start condition, Very Lean, Red hot header, wont idle.

Ok, I need some help figuring out what is going on here. I have been searching trying to find a solution. I have a 92 talon with evo 8 ECU running tephramod V7 0006. 9 out of 10 times I have no issues. But randomly only when the car is hot and has been shut off and started within 10 mins does it act up. What happens is the car stumbles, wont hold an idle, my WB02 doesnt even read because it is running so lean, I also get Intake back fire as well as exhaust backfire. Today when it happened I decided to see if I drove around the block if it would clear up. But it didnt. When i came back and lifted the hood. My header was Glowing bright red right at the collector. Not to mention one of my cooling fans, (AC) was melted. My temp gauge did get hotter than normal but never reached over 3/4 of the gauge. This is a very random occurance. When this happens I never seem to have my laptop to datalog this. I do run a translator and have a GM 3"MAS. I am wondering if that is possibly causing this issue. Looking at my map, My ST, enrichment, Priming, and startup maps seem to be ok. A second set of eyes wouldnt be a bad thing. If anyone has any ideas or a table that you could suggest I change by all means let me know. Thanks in advance..

air bubble in coolant system? as far as the manifold red hot.. all that comes to mind on that is based on coolant temp ecu retards timing massively to help heat the engine up when cold on the evo.. possibly something is not switching over and its constantly retarding timing even when warmed up.. for translator it should be zero'ed out and you should compensate trims via scaling & latency on the ecu.

That is eacatly what I was thinking, But trying to find what is causing this is crazy. Its very random and doesnt happen often. And ONLY does when hot. I wish when this happend I had my laptop and evoscan running. The translator is Zeroed out. I only use it to remove the MAF. I am not using it to comp for lean or rich. I do use the ECU to tight up my tune. Something odd is occuring and im not sure what. Has anyone else seen this happen?
