Any ECU flash guru's also own any Mazda's?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of the ecu flash guru's here also happen to have cracked Mazda ECU's I know somebody has because you can (for example) get a 1999 Miata stock ECU reflashed by a professional tuner... so somebody has cracked it!

Thanks,

Keith

Epifan has the product. The single user license is $250, however it comes with the software, support, and datalogger.

I think all his stuff is for the latest generation Miata. That thread specifies "MX-5" Not "miata" The third generation (2006 and up) dropped the miata name. If anyone asks what cars his setup is for he just gets pissy and refers them to the same thread you linked me too.

Thanks for trying though... better than the results on Miata related message boards

Keith

after edit <---- Yup registered over at his board... not only is it last generation MX-5... it is only 2009 and up

I had looked at it briefly for Corksport but didnt give it the full detailed look. I would tend to think they are still flashable but as you pointed out it will need a little more determination in getting the bootloader and xml.
