hi to all i m from malta i m using ecu flash for the first time,i downloaded the ecu flash and the ecu scan,managed to work with the ecu scan but the ecu flash i can understand anything.the thing is that the maps are not being opened as are in the website,only data sheet opens and no map.in the rom section i think the ecu is not being recognized.is there any other software for me to tune the evo nine,or can somebody help me please

 

First of all, you might want to post this in the Evo 9 section instead of this EvoX section.

But to answer your question, you more than likely do not have the correct XML (definitions) for your car. Upload your ROM image somewhere and ask if someone has the XML for it. Hopefully a kind person will send you the XML so you can view/edit your maps.

 

how can i upload or can i send this rom to someone via email and he will upload it here please.i m a beginner sorry

 

the problem is that on the new verion and even on the older version of ecu flash there isn`t the internal id as mine.my internal id is 88570008 and i can`t find it on any ecuflash.i think that is the problem that i can`t see the maps.there is another problem,the ecu id is blank too.the evo is imported from japan if this m,atters?
maybe the japanese verion is different i don`t know
and as i posted this tread in the wrong section can some body move it in the evo9 section for me please

 

try these unzip and add to ecuflash/rommetdata/ mitsi/evo

 

there is some type of error with it winzip cannot open it always sayng error mate
