Is it me or have people been getting some crappy tunes lately!
OK WOW....I guess I need to come back from the land of sand so I can get back to FIXING crappy tunes.
It all comes down to proper maintenance before you get a tune. If your car is a POS it will be crappy tuned pos regardless of who tunes it. Take the time to ensure your car is ready for a tune and for god's sake please research your "tuner" before you spend your cash. It amazes me how people will whine about their tune, but never did a thing to see if the "tuner" was, in fact, good at what they do.
I know many of you on here are with me. We have been here a very long time and seen "tuners" come and go. I am quiter certain many of you have fixed more tunes than you care to count.
Sorry for the rant. The heat and rocket attackes are making me a bit irritable.

I will say that 98% of the cars I have tuned were because they had crappy or outdated maps on them... and when I say outdated I am talking about when people were scared to boost over 22 psi on the stock block...
A lot of the stuff I do is just AFR/timing touch-ups when the weather changes, and before I ever change a map from a reputable tuner I always call and ask permission to change the tune before hand, especially English Racing since Aaron's SD roms are pretty unique...

We appreciate that you take the extra effort to do that, the first time I was rather surprised. It made me rethink how I had been doing that in regards to other shops in fact.
