cound i use the 'Map switching harness' to swtich launch control or not?

Why use a switch? Tephra v7 rom has launch maps built in and all you have to do is enable it. Or you can set it up correctly on the stock rom and use it that way.

i think that i can turn off the launch when in street,turn on when in race.

Launch maps or launch control is only activated when you are sitting still and in first gear holding the gas down. So its off once your car is moving and has no effect on the car
