Actuating AC condensor fan??

Hey all, I just installed a new AC system, due to it being completely missing when I bought the car

So all is working well, except the condensor fan. It does not switch on under any situation.

The radiator does switch onto "high" mode, though.

Anyone know how I can test it? I tried going into the evoscan actuator list because I read that it can be actuated, but I cannot seem to find it.

Thanks!

I just checked the fuses and relays and they seem ok.

I see both plugs going into the AC fan, one has a single wire, the other has two wires, which one supplies power?
