AC condensor leaking! can I start my car and still drive?

I hit the AC condensor pretty hard while bolting the 02 sensor back in. The leak is pretty much in front of the o2 housing. The leak is small but its taking a while to leak all the ac out. I was wondering can I drive with this leaking?

I cracked my aluminum AC pipe in half, due to the balance shaft being out of sinc. (vibrated so much it cracked, and became dislodged off the AC housing) I dont know how many miles I put on it while it was cracked. 4-5K miles, so I SAY DRIVE ON!!!

DONT USE THE AC however, until you get it fixed!! (dont turn on the AC knobs!)

It's fine to drive. Once you replace the condensor you'll have to have the a/c system recharged

well I was thinking that when it all leaks out I'm going to convert to non AC. I hardly use it anyway. In 3 years I've used it maybe 2-3 times.

ever sinse my condensor started leaking it lost all refrigerant pressure or most of it. I have been hearing this weird "buzzing" noise on acceleration under low boost load and feel the vibrations in the steering wheel slightly. what could this be? Related to A/C because there is no pressure left? It almost sounds belt driven like the A/C compressor or related. Any ideas?

smokedmustang, when you drove without the a/c pressure did you have a similar noise?
