2.4 swap ?

Hi guys,

Newb tune? here.

In the process of swapping 2.0 for 2.4 block. Only thing be changed is block. Same cam,injectors, stock ECU, 3 port,etc..,

With the larger displacement what tables I need to adjust regarding?

You may need to tweak your timing. But you will be fine to run the car on current tune, until you can retune. Since you are increasing displacement it changes when you knock, and a bunch of other parameters. I would slo adjust the rev limitir if you changed it. as the 2.4l doesn't like to be revved as high, plus there are no gains on a 2.4l by having a high rev limit

You may need to adjust injector scaling, timing, knock tables, fuel table... depends on the car really...

Thanks guys. I know I have to break her in with some pulls @ WG pressure only.
I'll make sure to due some logging before/after swap.

PTE 780's are pretty maxed out.

Current mods are:
cbrd bbk full turbo
kelford 272 cams
ets ic pipes
buschur street fmic
ported exhaust manifold
walbro fuel pump
pte 780cc injectors
perrin intake
grimmspeed bcs
arp headstuds
Synapse Synchronic BOV
Spoolin Up COP

It's pretty likely you'll have to pull a couple degrees of timing, because larger displacement usually needs less, but as long as you aren't SD that should be all, really.
