Another 2.0 cable issue, but drivers installed

Well,

Im really getting frustrated, again! I installed EvoScan 2.8, but doesnt have the 2011 stuff, so I have to find it, (hopefully some1 will post up the 2011 .xmls), and HOPE the the data .xml can be edited (2.6 wouldnt allow this)
(windows 7)

I also uninstalled ecuflash 1.42 and upgraded to 1.43, in an effort to get the 2.0 cable drivers... The drivers installed for both programs, unfortuneately, it will not log in evoscan, nor will it read/write in ecuflash w/ the 2.0 cable! my 1.3 cable has no issues w/ either program!

the errors Im getting in ecuflash are:

[22:51:11.174] J2534 error [ERR_TIMEOUT].

[22:51:11.174] unable to connect to vehicle interface

and in evoscan, it just keeps trying to initialize and is unable.

Not whats really weird is the ACD light were going nuts! all 3 light at the same time, then none, then 1, 2, and kept randomly flashing! Pull out the cable and stops! After I set evoscan to run as admin. it stopped flickering the acd lights. weird!

Things Ive tried to fix:

set evoscan to run as admin.
troubleshoot compatibility
disabled the usb selective suspend settings

any help on this would be great, thanks... lol
