JDM MAP Sensor pin-outs
Hi guys,
I installed the JDM 3 Bar MAP sensor last night according to the instructions posted on here, so that I can do ECU based boost control in the near future.
Anyway, the sensor's not working properly (just getting a constant 0.8V reading), so I'm hoping that the sensor pin-outs I researched and found on the net are wrong. I have a JDM Evo 8 so had no existing wiring or sensor in the car.
I used:
Pin 1 - ground
Pin 2 - signal
Pin 3 - 5V
Having looked through the USDM service manual, it looks like the wiring should be:
Pin 1 - signal
Pin 2 - ground
Pin 3 - 5V
Can someone please check and confirm this? Not too keen on wiring it up again wrong!
If I do already have it correctly wired, I'll pull the sensor out and run a vacuum test on it.
Cheers

Thanks Adam - I should've mentioned that the spoolin' up pigtail that I bought for the sensor has 3 black wires! They are numbered 1, 2 and 3 at least.
If you or anyone could tell me the order of those wires on the sensor pigtail I'd be sorted thanks.
