Hard to dial in 2150’s

Looking thru my logs I’m noticing at low to medium throttle I’m getting a wide range of rich to lean conditions, driving around town. I think it has to do with the minimum ipw increment is 0.256ms.

Do other people notice people notice that it’s a little harder to tune 2150’s for around town driving on the stock ecu?

My AFR around town at part throttle does swing at times say from 14.4-15.2, it's generally when I let off a little and drop the percentage of throttle. If I steadily and very slowly increase, it's very steady, if I let off and then hold steady it swings a tiny bit but nothing significant. I have a friend with PTE1200's and his does the same exact thing. You may be able to tune it out a little more...I've never driven in another car with 2150's though to know if it's my car or the injectors and every Evo is different. Doesn't bother me so much...but yes it does happen.

Does it do that on gas.

Right now I don't know how to tune it any better when the pulsewidth doesn't change and I get two way different AFR's Take a look at what I boxed in you see it go from 12-14 at the same pulsewidth and basically nothing has changed.

I'm really stumped on this. Any ideas??

1) The minimum IPW increment isn't 0.256, your seeing 0.256 because your not logging 2byte IPW

2) What is your MinimumIPW (google search for my patch on these forums) set to? Depending what Evo you have you could have 1.024 which for these injectors is too small or 1.28ms which for these injectors are too big..
