I got my ACD retuned on my Evo X at a local shop here in Chicago (I believe it was sysek who did it but I'm not 100% sure)

I have a track day this weekend and will post the results.

Unfortunately its been a while since I've been at Blackhawk, and quite a bit of work has been done to the car since than, so laptime comparisons wont be good until i get back to Autobahn.

Wasn't that the story 3 years ago? Or was it a different person/shop saying that??

From what i've found on the internet, as soon as people near the finish on cracking the 8/9 acd, they publish that they're working on the X acd. Then they realize the X acd is a completely different animal, then time goes by, and the X ACD never happens.

give us some hope please!! Is it going to happen or not?

Honestly with the way things are going, i'll be in a motec or Kaps ACd controller by spring of 2015. At least then my maps will be customizable, and for the price these shops charge for an 8/9 acd reflash, these options are becoming incredibly attractive.

mine is tuned a long time ago now, but now i have a Gems ACD ECU with a custom map from a very successful team ,
I have a similar set up, so they maps works just perfect for me. They had a lots of testing on tarmac and gravel.
here my tuner just tweaking it a bit more to my car and my driving.

The shop is in the Chicagoland area. Let me know if you are interested.

It was marketability at one point that presented a challenge. There are a few checksum issues that need sorted but it isnt too different from tuning the 8/9. $300 for an ACD tune will not get you remotely close to an aftermarket ACD controller though.

he is 100% right.

The stock can be modified and make it behave more racy like, but never will be a real race ACD controller.
And yes you do feel a difference, and it does gives you better times. Unless you are a drag racer

So they are the first people doing it but they don't advertise it?

Question

Can someone please tell me if this is the latest stock software version ?
I want to make sure I have that update that prevents AWC pump from starting if is too cold.
Dealer says it is latest version, but maybe their interface is out of date.
