bad timing and fuel maps?
As others have said too rich down low and too lean up top. also is your clutch slipping? your rpms go backwards in a couple spots where you have knock. your timing seems ok. That big block of 10's I would change your 290-310 load to 9's and from 320-350 i would change that to 8's.
not the opposite, shouldn't see anything under 11.0 during spoolup, and you're below 10. And at the top end, you're at mid to high 11's, when you should be in low 11's.
What IC are you using?
I won't even bother to figure out those logs cause they all messed up.
Depending on your IC and AIT's post IC your AFR's will dictate them. You can run 12:5-12:1 at spool and then at around 200 load usually you should be transitioned to your WOT AFR 11.5:1 and as rpm's increase you can richen it up slightly if needed or keep flat. Of course this isn't always the case but its a good place to start.

i believe i am using an AMS replica. and turns out ive been logging load wrong this whole time as my 2byte to 1byte load factor is 1.4 in my rom and was still at 1.2 in evo scan. So now time to get another log lol
