So do want to log my current mods for a baseline and then slap parts on and for a new baseline and tune accordingly? Or is it truely beneficial to go tune after each piece is bolted on?

 

Depends on the parts. Injectors for example should be done alone since you'll need to scale them properly to ensure the car idles and cruises properly and that fuels trims are normal.
