i tried to switch to alt maps but ics lamp is not flashing and alt maps are not acivate at all...any ideas? tephra mod v5 rom id 88570008

 

In the rom find tephra mod options section then
enable alt maps master (set to 2)
restore ics state on ign (set to 1)
flash ics when on alt map (set to 1)

then flash it back

 

i've done them exept restore ics state on ignition..whats it mean?

 

That if you are on your alt map when you shut the car down. It stays on the alt map next time you turn it on.

 

in a nutshell

 

are you pressing the ICS button for as long as it is set, eg, 3 seconds?

-Are you trying to change your map with the car running? (remember that Load has to be low to authorize map switching)
-You can intent this in order to see if the map is really switching in the case it is just a output lighting failure...Try to set your injector size 50% smaller on the alt map and check idle AFR; It should be o lot richer when you switch on Alt maps.
