Boost Settings for HKS EVC 5 w/ AMS-750 Turbo(3076)

Can someone please shed some light on the proper BOOST settings for my ROM(88590715). It seems as though I cannot get past 100Kpa(15psi). I'm guessing that is waste gate pressure.

As far as the HKS EVC 5 I was able to set it to EXTERNAL wastegate(P.O.) and test various boost curve settings. Boost curves are set at A(75%) and B(25%). Neither setting gives me higher than 100Kpa. Lowest maybe 94Kpa. I was thinking it may be some setting within the ROM?

Please Advise,

Do you guys think I should disconnect the stock boost selonoid?

Also, Are these considered the same. I can id some inconsistencies. I would like to know which one to follow;

OR

OR

I have tried to do all of these at one time or another and have received the same baseline boost(0 setting on hks evc 5) of 93-100kpa, Which is good. the problem is when I turn up the boost n the boost remains the same. I'm thinking my hks solenoid. But then when I connect the top of the Tial wastegate to the hks leftmost port, it goes way up to 233-240kpa. So before I start a final test n buy some vacuum lines and Ts, I would like the final word on which one to follow in order to see if my hks solenoid is busted.

Today's Daily Double..(Alex Trebek voice...)

Todd u have a IV w/ mivec? The IV is really my favorite since Jackie Chan's "Who Am I" movie. Have any pics?

lol il have a look for some decent ones

doesnt matter if you leave the stock solenoid connected electrically but blank the pipes

from boost source (turbo out) to T piece then to middle pipe (inlet)on evc solenoid and other side of T bottom of the wastegate
top of wastegate to out on solenoid
small pipe on evc solenoid to inlet manifold after the throttle body
