Noob Tephra 7 help

So I translated over all my timing and fuel maps and all other pertinent info. Ran them through the "smoothing" excel sheet I found here but I have a few issues that I still can't sort out.
The first is my idle. I have it set to 1000 RPM and it idles at about 15.7-16.0 according to my wideband. I've tried changing the tables in the fuel maps, tried changing the injector latencies.. Nothing. It always idles there.
The next issue is the AFR's when I let off the gas. When I roll to a stop or just let off the gas the AFR's go full lean (off the wideband) for about 10 seconds then slowly come back to 15.8 or so..
Am I missing something somewhere? I've made sure I'm not using forced open loop. Regular O2 seems to be fluctuating like it should. The only thing I can think is somehow a mysterious boost leak appeared? Any other thoughts?
Mods are in my signature.

Do a boost leak test regardless. Eliminates alot of "chasing your tail" ecu changes. You said you changed latencies, but have you logged and verified your scaling is correct?

Thanks, The scaling and latencies were brought over from my E85 tune which was dead on. I've logged but for some reason my fuel trim in use always shows 0.0. even after idling for 15 minutes. That's why I originally thought I was in constant open loop (or closed I can never remember). But I also read that there's a periphery that disables the front O2? The only one I see is bit 6 P0134 Front O2 and mine is set to 1.

But I'll definitely try the boost leak test first.

in decel the injectors basically turn off, hence the full lean condition read by the WB. this is normal.

your idle is controled by the Closed Loop tables. if they are not defined in your XML/ROM you wont be able to see them and adjust them.

cheers

I think I sorted this out. I ran a tank of gas through the car and cleaned up the E85 gunk and it's running like a champ now!
