I've read quite a few threads on stand alone logging with openport 2, and most use "mode23" plus a modified rom. From the tactrix samples directory it does seem as though it should be theoretically possible to do standalone logging using the mut2 protocol.

I've tried the mut2 logcfg.txt from tactrix's samples directory and it produces no logxx.csv file. But if I use a "mode23" logcfg.txt, my openport does create the csv files, but obviously, all the data is garbage, as my rom is unmodified.

So has anyone out there managed to get mut2 logging working on an Evo X, if yes can you share how you did this , along with config file ?

I know Acamus had a go as well, not sure if he got it going...
