Question Wierd scaling when logging directly to microSD

Hey guys!

Got my logging to SD working by now, however the values of some of the data points is all messed up...

I assume that's because the "scalingrpn=" in my logcfg.txt is messed up for some of the entries. (total noob, but that's my best guess)

I attached my logcfg.txt as well as a part-throttle pull log file.

Values that are messed up:
- time
- RPM
- timing (?)

Values that work:
- Speed (kph)
- KnockSum
- Coolant temp (°C)
- Throttle Position (TPS)
- Sample Number

Values I'm not sure about (because I don't know what they SHOULD be):
- MassAirFlow
- PSIG
- ActiveWGDC

Thanks for the help!

PS: It's an EDM X MR (ROMid=53050009)

I did, maybe I overlooked something... Maybe it's me using metric rather than your strange, archaic cavemen measurements...

Anyhow, did a "normal" log via Netbook today to get the hang of it (went perfect), also still waiting on my wideband... So I'll completely rewrite the txt with the knowledge I've gained in the meantime and I should get it to work by then...

BONUS QUESTION:
Will reducing the number of values you log decrease the amount of time between each of the samples? I think it did on the 1.3 cables, is that still the case?

I think your logging RPM as 2 byte when the ecu is sending out a 1 byte. In your log.cfg, for RPM, remove the databits=16 line and try it.
