Evoscan 2.9.0019 graph display bug
Evoscan 2.9.0019 graph display bug
Ever since the new Evoscan "update", I've been having this really annoying graph display bug on all the computers I've tried it on. The X and Y axis seem to be flipped and the channel display is no longer a line. Screenshot below. It's very frustrating that Evoscan has no contact info or tech email/phone/forum that I can see. I'd just like to see if others are experiencing this same bug and if anyone has been able to fix it. Also, it's annoying that Evoscan doesn't host older builds of their 2.9 software, only very old 2.8 and 2.7 builds.
Anyone?
Anyone?
Yeah, that "Help and Support" page is pretty useless, unless I'm missing something.
Hearnoevo, I have tried doing a complete uninstall including user config data and reinstalling with no luck. I'd love to install a previous version of Evoscan but I deleted the installer long ago. I tried searching online to see if the installer is hosted elsewhere but I can't find it anywhere.
Anyone happen to have an installer of Evoscan 2.9.XXXX (pre 2.9.0019) still on their computer they'd be willing to upload to a file hosting site for me (and I'm sure others who have the same issue)?

Still having the same issue on the newest update, 2.9.0023. I've spent a couple hours trying to uninstall the software and remove all user/config files I can possibly find without getting into the registry. Oddly enough it seems to be fine on my Windows XP desktop computer, but on 2 Windows 7 computers I'm having this issue.
Sure would be nice to hear from Evoscan on this problem since I paid money for the software
Anyone else with with this issue?
