Tip-In Stutter/Lean and Low Load
Tip-In Stutter/Lean and Low Load
What's up all. Long time/no talk.
I have had a tip in stutter for a while regardless of SD or MAF, piping, configuration, etc. Actually, when you put the stock snorkel, it is "barely" there, but still there. The logs show that the STFT swings way too rich at idle, the ecu compensates and removes fuel, and on tip-in it can't recover quick enough. Disable closed loop, and the problems go away. I only disable it for a certain throttle/rpm and then have to go crazy on the low load/rpm fuel map--and touch up the ve table at idle.
Boost leak test holds fine.
Is this normal or do you think there is a more serious problem in the head or valves? Thanks.
