Your rom is set up for the Omni 4 bar already,it's Tephra V7 which already comes preconfigured for the Omni, just putting it out there

Most of the codes you're getting are high input codes which means the ecu don't even see them,in other words they're the same codes you would get if you unplugged the sensor, some times a shorted sensor or wire will make that happen due to the voltage drop the short creates,so even when one sensor might have a short it will affect the others since they share a voltage or ground supply, also noticed most of those sensors have the main relay in common, make sure all these sensors are getting their respective voltages and grounds, let me know if i can help dude.

Makes you wonder if its the MFI relay or a ground...

My point precisely, however it could still be a sensor or wire, you can also try disconnecting one of these sensors and see if it starts, that may help u trace down the problem.

Well I have somewhat figured this out... The ground from the Ecu to these sensors is reading a lot higher resistance than it is supposed to. I grounded the circuit and voila it fired right up...Now to figure out why it was not grounding properly ECU going to eat it soon?
