EvoScan Error (0xc0000005)

I just downloaded and installed the latest autoupdate of EvoScan (2.9.0021) and it bugs out when I run it with "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)". My previous version 2.0.0019 ran with no problems. Did anyone else come across this problem and if so what is the solution.
I'm on Win7-32bit, with .NET v4.0.30320.

Can you try 2.8 or 2.7 and see if that works?

I got that one too, uninstalled it, downloaded and installed 2.9 and cancelled the autoupdater. Seems to work now again.

2.7, 2.8 and 2.9.0019 work fine. It's just the latest upgrade .0021 that won't run. Hamish is aware and offered to check my setup but we ran out of time. I guess it is something on my system. Probably some windows upgrade that gets in the way.
