Fuel changes revert back to normal

Hi everyone,
I have a weird problem, im working on an EVO6, loaded ceddymods.
Changed ignition timing, launch control everything works fine.
However any changes i do to the fuel table only works for like 30 secs and then it reverts back.

For example, I will make the idle AFR to 12.0, and it will be 12.0 but after about 30-40 secs it will change back to 14.7.
(I dont want to set it to 12, just using it to see why changes arent working)
Every other changes works fine, its just the fuel.

I did an EVO5 and everything worked great, and all changes works as it should.

Its doing my head in.

Attached is the current read of the ecu.

Would just like to mention.
Even with the completely standard evo 6 tune/rom back in, any changes to the fuel only work temporarily.

if its still running closed loop it works from fr o2 which should give you 14.7 regardless of what you put the fuel map. You can disable closed loop with bit 04 in ecu periphery 0 bits then it should use the hi oct fuel map. why do you want a 12afr idle ???

I was trying to tune the car but any changes i made to the high load parts of the map didnt take affect.
So to confirm my suspicions that changes weren't working i just wanted to make the car pig rich, even richer than 12.0 in places. Any changes made to the fuel map, just doesnt work.
The easiest place to make changes was at idle.
