I have simular issue for a while with immobiliser in my car. I had been trying for ages to get it working. I'm going to change my 96530006 to a 96260709 which I have been told it will work on the jdm 8 gsr.

I've been playing with my car and I was able to get the immobiliser to work. The trick was to copy the all the setting from the orginal ecu to the tephra files. I was able to upload the two files (006 and 009) to my car and using a blank key to test it (which works).

It was handy to have the stock rom to compare and a spare ecu to test all immobiliser combo out.

Hi Mate, sorry to bring this post up, I just using this Tephra V7 for my GSR JDM Evo 8, trying so hard to tuned it using variable ROM suggested, finally this rom ( Internal 94172715 with inherits ID 94170715 ) is suitable with my car, problem now is the Immobiliser, tested FAA Bits in periphery0 0/1 to test either immo issues, yes, I did and it's 100% because of this. I've copied all Immo HEX in my stock rom , but still, wont start. Apreciate if you goys can help..
