Can I trust MAFgs number?

I am pretty comfortable with CT9A ECU tuning, but I am still pretty new to CZ4A tuning.

I am helping my friend who has 2010 MR (SST) with stock turbo and basic intake / IC / IC piping / Turbo outlet / downpipe / Milspec 100 cell cat in custom pipe / catback / Grimmspeed 3 port / 17psi actuator.

It seems like AFR reading is fluctuating more than CT9A's case, and knock sum number also seems varying more than I expected. (running JDM MIVEC map, so I am returning it back to USDM stock one for comparison)

From my 03 EVO's case, 315 g/s air flow near 7krpm, should give me at least ~350 whp at VD Dynojet.

But this EVO X MAFgs reading is about 330~340g/s near 7krpm (240 engine load / 18 psi / 15* / 93 octane (100 RON) / ~11:1 AFR) only results in ~300 whp at VD Dynojet?

Is this normal or should I check for possible boost leak?

EDIT: It seems like it is about 330 whp with recent data logs, so I guess I just need to lean out a little bit for more power? 4B11 likes leaner AFR?
