p0141 rear O2 heater cel even with periphery bits disabled

I'm having trouble making a CEL go away. Evoscan reads it as p0141 rear O2 sensor heater circuit. I clear it and every time I restart my car it will come back in a couple mins. I even disabled periphery2 bit 4 and 5. I've never had rear O2 issues with my test pipe because I have an extender bung welded in for the rear O2. I guess my rear O2 sensor is dieing but I really don't care I just want that CEL disabled. Anyone know how to get around this issue?

I run tephra v7 (941 rom). I set everything in the obd sections to pass and disabled the periphery bits....and it still keeps coming on? I must be missing something?

EDIT: Yes I was missing something. The rear o2 section of tephra mod. Patch works no more CEL.
