So, I'm following the post "How to tune an Evo" because my log shows knocks probably because of the crap 91 oct/10% ethanol gas here and I want to reduce it. Not trying push car to limit, but at least want to be able to drive under load without knocks. Anyway, on the timing map, do I just reduce the timing by 1 for every 3 knock counts and do this for all the spots I see knocks?

 

Take away 1 at a time until the knock counts stay under 3. don't forget to set your injector scaling number from your tune into evoscan.

 

Where do you set the scaling number in evoscan? Are you talking about the 1008 number?
