High octane ignition Map and warm start?

Tinkered with my ignition map by reducing timing across the board to fit 91 Octane. Flash ecu and test drove, the knocks went away. Parked the car for 20 mins to run errends and car won't start, try cranking 4 times. Finally, reflash old map and started right away. I didn't mess with any other settings. Yes, I do have FIC 1050 which I thought were loosely scaled. Did I screw up something on the map to make hard for warm start? I thought reducing timing would cause car to lean out?

Post an image of your timing table
Does the old have the stock injector scaling or the larger FIC scaling/latency?

I'll post it when I get home. Both maps have the same scaling (FIC). Also, I never disconnected the battery to reset the fuel trimming.
