AFR goes lean when turbo finished spooling

Hi,

I'm just wondering how and why the AFR goes so lean like the pic below.

Please look at around 3500-4000 rpm. Every time when the turbo has just finished spooling, AFR goes lean to around 12.5 - 13.5.

I have a 2.2L motor with stock turbo with a 3-port.

What does cause this? Any inputs are welcome. Thank you.

Could be a few things, but we'd have to see your rom to let you know what to change to get rid of the lean spot. You tuning it yourself?
