Everything stayed at 0.

I know I have continuity from the ecu to the to the knock sensor plug. That is the signal wire, what is the other wire then if it is not a 5v, 12v or ground?

Well, I ordered a chassis harness since it was the cheaper and easier of the two to put in. It was $152.50 shipped. We shall see...........

I am going to put this new harness in and see if it starts. If it does, I am going to dissect the old harness and find the problem. I pulled the most wires out of the chassis harness so I am hoping that one is the problem. Should find out next week sometime.

No idea why the knock sensor would not work. Did not touch anything to do with that.

OMG, can someone please help me with this!!!!!!!!!!

Car is not getting fuel, plain and simple. If I spray starting fluid in the intake, it starts and then dies.

Changed out the chassis harness today to no avail. Also put in a different injector resistor box and that other box that is right next to it with no help.

What tells the ecu when to fire the injectors, crank sensor or cam sensor?

I seriously doubt this but when running E85, do you have to have antifreeze in car to make it start? I do not have a radiator or antifreeze in it.

I am seriously going to flip here soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe your still working on this!? That sucks!
How long was your car down? have you tested the injectors? I had mine down for 2 months and the e85 rusted the ball to the seat in every injector... they wouldn't fire... just a thought

Its crazy... Of all the **** hole micro towns in america i have actually been to sparta... The rust is an option... Cam sensor control injector timing... Crank controls initial igniton before the ecu takes over and is then just a reference...

Ok, feautoevo I hope you are on to something here.

I took a DSM injector and hooked it up to power and ground on a battery. Click.

I hooked up one of my ID2000's to power and ground on a battery. Nothing.
Hooked all four of them up and nothing.

I also had 30psi of fuel pressure left in the rail when I started doing this. Hooked up power and ground and I could not get the fuel pressure to drop hooking up any of the injectors. I did not have the key on for the fuel pump to run either.

I also had the motor sitting on a rolling thingy in my shop for quite awhile with the fuel rail open to the elements with e85 in it.

I have the injectors soaking in gas right now. Going to try to see if they click or make the car run tomorrow. Any which way, I will have to send them in but I would like to make sure that this is the problem.

Hoping and praying right now!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I have a set of FIC2150's sitting here from another car. The previous owner tore the car down and those injectors were just sitting around also. Tested all of those injectors and 1 clicks. I have all the injectors filled with PB blaster right now. I am hoping to get the FIC's freed up and put those in the car to get it running and send my ID's in. Then send the FIC's in. LOL. Need to move my RS out of the way, I have other stuff to do.

Bingo! Keep us updated! The PB blaster is how I got mine to break loose when they stuck, however you are right about sending them in, depending how corroded they got they could flow quite a bit different, you can look on here for posts about "pickling" your injectors.

P.S. I just used a 9 volt to fire mine... remember not to leave them hooked up to power, just pulse it like they do when they are running. once you get them to click you can push non chlorinated break cleaner through them (I just used pb blaster)

feautoevo: How did you free yours up, stand them straight up and down and fill them with PB blaster? Also, how long did it take. Having no results over here.
