Clarify this for me and I can walk you through....

You are wanting to open a log using the evoscan map tracer, and then view the log separately from the tracer?

I want to load a log and view it on map tracer not a live one. When I load the csv file i'm not getting any graphs or anything or only a single thing that shows up on a graph. No way to scroll back and forward in the log/graph.

When the log loads, there is a gray space with load and rpm axis. Right click in that space, choose load rom from file, at that point you will be able to see your logged info as well as your fuel or timing map. To change between the various maps in your rom you right click on the map and make your choice.

On the top, where the log info displays, you can move your cursor over the data points and it will display the info logged within that point.

I can make a more detailed how-to when I have time.

I hope this helps.

Actually I found out it's something related to trying to view the evodroid logs on maptracer requires some kinda whacky step that I can't figure out. With the normal cable to a laptop it works fine.
