Evoscan help

Evoscan help
Ok so after about a 4month break i decided to do some new logs
I open evoscan 2.9v and kit log and i get this error

then i click yet and it comes up with file not found
so i tried no and get this error on the control panel

Ive left a support ticket for help on evoscan but got sweet FA help
I can run 2.7v but i prefer 2.9v as it has Rax fast logging and my tuner prefers its
