Quick wiring q o2 sensors

Would there be any change to voltage or response if I 'y' my wideband analog wire into both ecu pins, 71, 73 or an Evo ix? Would it cause a ruckus in the ecu while using mrfreds wideband mod?

Reason is I have a vipec that I'm learning on and it needs to come out once a year and be drivable on the stock ecu. I figure I can implement the wideband closed loop mod on a basic 2d sd rom and dial trims in there and switch back to the vipec since the vipec requires the use of the front wire and the stock ecu the rear wire. Connect them both and never touch the wiring again.

Also where is the easiest to tie into ecu ground?
