EvoScan not connected to ECU

EvoScan not connected to ECU
Was installed on the laptop Windows 8.1(Evo 8, Openport 1.3U), after Evoscan stopped connect to ECU.
Ecuflash normally works (read/write).
What's the problem? drivers?

what exactly is popping up when trying to connect? Make sure youre car is on operating temperature. Also if you have a mini battery make sure the charge is not less then 12.3 volts. I had the issue with the batter.
