Pulled the o2 housing out of the car, torched the **** out of the housing to get thesensor loose. I replaced it with a Bosch premium. Car runs smoother than I've ever seen it and reacts with Afr changes with throttle faster than ever. So long story short. Problem solved. The o2 went to hell. 
I genuinely hope this thread helps others. Replaced the donut gasket while I was down there too.
