Wait, So changing the value of 010A to 0400 Enables this Brake Boost Patch?

Correct, it's simply increasing the "trigger" value higher than a value you can hit preventing the TPS closing code from engaging.

how should I brake boost on an MR? how do I know if im doing it correctly or if its working?

I do not believe you can do this with the AP because you can not edit the map definitions and would have to wait to see if cobb adds it

Same address for 56920008? Does this work for SST as well?

Hi,
I Flashed a 59580004 rom into a 2015(59580006) evo and now i am having an issues with Brake Boosting I am not finding the Brake Boost dissable option which was present in the original read (2015) ant suggestions would be greatly appreciated
