Hello!

Ive been trying to sort out an issue I am having with EcuFlash and I decided to finally just ask.

I had been getting an error whenever I opened the program that said, "error loading FTD2XX.DLL". After searching I found people saying that you have to have your Tactrix cable connected to resolve this issue. But Ive used EcuFlash for a couple months without needing the cable connected then out of the blue it starts doing that.

Well I just tried connecting the Tactrix and my computer acted like it was new hardware, when ive already used it to flash my car a dozen or more times now... So I let it install then opened up EcuFlash, everything looked normal until it sat for a minute then it shut itself off again. So I looked at the log and apparently I am still getting that error...

Oh and Ive already tried to reinstall the program.

Update:

Please disregard. I contacted Tactrix and the problem has been sorted out.
