SD goes lean on throttle tip-in or light cruise

Hey all - Just build this 2.0 and working on the tune now. Take off from a stop is not an issue (not bogging down or going lean). But if I'm off throttle coasting then start to give it throttle again OR very lightly on throttle cruising, AFR goes off the gauge lean for a brief second then back to normal. I am currently in the process of getting tuned and the tuner hasn't heard of this issue before. Anyone any ideas? If I need to get screen shots of ecuflash let me know. I am using Tephra V7 9417xxxx.

Here's my setup:
MAP EF4
TialQ
GSC S2
Omni 4 bar
Hallman MBC & Grimmspeed EBC Hybrid
Walbro 450
FIC 1450cc
Spoolinup COP
Fuel Lab FPR
BPR8ES Plugs

1. Make sure your injectors are scaled properly this primarily is a voltage issue.
2. Increase VE in the low RPM area's

please post your Injector/VE table

Have you made the suggested changes to your Async TPS delta maps?

I have a similar issue except the car bogs down some times at around 2000rpm, E9 V5.1 8857xxxx
I think I'm going to try increasing VE in the VExRPM table, I wonder by how much?

What about the 'Async' tables?

I agree on the fuel map. Mine is normal in those areas. I have however been adjusting the TPS asynch tables with some success.

Me and my tuner are thinking it may be an issue with the install of the 450 pump. Maybe the orings used to seal it are leaking since they are stacked.
