Need advice on knock!

Can anyone take a look at my ignition map, and maybe point me in the right direction? Getting a sudden surge of 7-8 counts of knock at 5000 rpms. I know i can probably just pull the timing in those specific load cells and smooth the rest out, but is it really that easy? So what's everyone think?!

SparkTech COP non cdi
BR double pumper
Kelford 272s

Pull 3 degrees between 5000-5500 @ 230 load & see how it goes.
other than timing you need to check your AFR, it might be causing that knock.
