slow rpm drop.(not rev hang)

I have googled and searched for a good week on here also and could use some guidance. I am new to tuning with evoflash and slowly getting the hang of things reading through all the threads and now need some help. I don't have throttle hang, but am experiencing the rpm's drop rather slowly when revving or putting in neutral from a coast and I have a comp ultra light flywheel in the car now. I believe it has something to do with the tb having to let air in to keep car from stalling from what I have read just not sure what tables in v7 96530706 need to be changed. I would like rpms to drop faster when burping throttle or shifting to neutral rather then how it is now. I played around with the decal fuel cut delay tables, but that didn't help what I am trying to do. Thanks in advance
RJ.

The control is in the IACV tables...if tuning that does not work, it'll be the IACV itself causing the problem.

I did some more searching and read about those tables just unsure of what ones I can lower or which ones should be changed since there is a couple different options. I also only have ISCV options not IACV so not sure if that was a typo on your end. Would you know witch ones I need to change? I placed each open table next to the options selected in black
