Two Step limiter not working??

Two Step limiter not working??

Evo 8 on a starter tephra 7 tune, the stationary Rev limiter is @ 5000rpm, it just shoots right past it? Anyone else have this issue? On the stock tune with limiter set it functions properly...

Look under “Tephra Mod Options”… are “Enable Launch maps” enabled or set to “1”
Also, look under “Global Launch maps”…..what are your TPS and speed thresholds?

Although the stationary limiter should be limiting the rpm regardless of spark, so give it and see if it fixes ur issue.

could it be that your clutch sensor is unplugged? I had my 2step set to 5800 but it didnt work until I plugged my clutch sensor in.

As soon as the stock tune is back on the launch limiter works... Not Mechanical

Yea its stationary rev limiter 5500, like I said it functions perfectly on the stock tune at 5500, nothing on tephra.

The stationary rev limiter and launch maps are separate things. You do not have to switch on launch maps to utilize the stationary rev limiter.

OP - check that FEA bit 8 is on (clutch pedal circuit):

Clutch pedal circuit was not activated! Will try that tomorrow thanks.
