New to ECU flash need a little help

I'm in the process of tuning my 2.4 LR with a 6266 on her with the factory ecu. I have been trying to get my computer to talk to my FID 2000s but it isn't working at all I have tried pretty much everything that I have read but still nothing works. Today I put in some 1250s that I had lying around and now the computer communicates with them just fine. Does anybody else have that same issue or am I just doing it completely wrong? The injectors are high impedance and I did bypass the injector resistor box and that did nothing. Any help is appreciated.

What numbers did you enter for scaling and latency compensation?

1600 scaling tried the latency that came with injector then changed the scaling found on here for those injectors and still wasn't able to control fuel

Post a screen shot of the settings you have for scaling and latency. Some questions to help us diagnose the problem for you.

Are you running pump gas?

Is the problem that you cannot start the motor?

What is the fuel pressure at the rail? Should be 43.5 psi

If you cannot start it, is it too rich (fuel on pistons, plugs fouled), or too lean?

The ID2000's are very responsive to changes in latency. Check the battery voltage while cranking to see where on the latency curve you are operating and focus on changing latency at that voltage.

Increase latency if too lean, decrease if too rich

Previously posted "good" settings for ID2000's on 92 gas:

Scaling: 1624

Latencies (very responsive):
V msec
9.38 - .936
11.72 - .672
14.06 - .504
16.41 - .384
