Whats the best way to control a solenoid with the stock ECU

I am looking to control a solenoid with an on/off signal using the stock ECU. What is the best one to use that can have the switch parameters adjusted in the ECU. RPM activated would be required and load or throttle input would be nice but not neccessary. I am trying to control a JDM cyclone intake manifold in my 1G that is running a stock 8 ECU on V7 maps. Thanks,

Peter

As you most likely have your fuel pump only wired to the ECI-relay you could use the "fuel pump HI" output and adjust the switchpoint.
