Tuning Recommendations?

So I plan to tune myself prior to pro-tuning. Pro-tuning and then after he makes fun of me give it another shot and tune again. If I can continue self tuned perfect, if not I will stick with the pros!

I'm looking for info on what you guys think I should do. Like do you think I should install certain parts first then tune and add more parts or slap em all on at once.

MOD LIST of items getting tuned on:

-Test pipe (installed)
-cat-back (installed)
-possible short downpipe (for wideband bung)
-Moore 3.5" intake with built in MAF housing w/ 5" velocity stack(heat reflective tape wrapped)
-Ultimate racing UICP (heat reflective tape wrapped)
-Grimmspeed 3-port
-ID 2000cc
-Walbro 450

Gonna run e85 on pro tune, only gonna self tune the 91 map until I see how the e85 is done.

Here is how I thought of tuning it:
- 3-port, uicp, short downpipe with cat &back.....and tune
-intake.....and tune (for MAF scaling)
-injectors.....and tune (for injector scaling)
-fuel pump....and tune (and for idk scaling lol)

......and protune

Also tephra v1 or v2?
---- V2 I answered myself since I'm going dual map

If anyone is interested in learning with me and assisting me with my self tunes pm me I'm in Costa Mesa, CA.
