Is there a tutorial on how to make definition for a rom that I can't find anywhere?

Is it difficult to do?

We are trying to tune some N/A lancers from Venezuela, and everytime time we try to read, there is no definition for that rom.

We have paid some puerto rican tuner for a definition, but it seems every other car we try is another ROM, so we have to pay again, and again.

So does anybody knows how to do this?

If you can look at hex coding and decipher what address is calling for and what data then yes you can define an address and table and make a definition file for that Rom. If not you will be paying someone to do this for you.
